Spend 5 minutes in the morning and your main course will be ready at dinnertime! You can shred this to serve it as pulled pork if you like. (The secret is in the seasoning!)

4 boneless pork chops
Steak seasoning, to taste
8 TBL thick barbecue sauce
Line your slow cooker with a cooking bag for easy cleanup.
Place pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle seasoning on each. Top with barbecue sauce. Cover slow cooker and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (7 to 8 if pork chops are frozen).
