Maple-Oatmeal Toasting Bread

MAPLE OATMEAL BREAD
makes 1 loaf; 16 slices at 14g/carbs per slice

1 cup warm water
1 TBL butter
2 TBL pure maple syrup
1 tsp salt
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup rolled (old-fashioned) oats
1 tsp active dry yeast

When dough is complete, turn out onto a floured board and shape into a loaf. Place in oiled 9-inch loaf pan and allow to rise 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 and bake 35 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
